Tina Graham - Tina graduated from Palmer College School of Chiropractic Technology in 1989 where she studied anatomy and physiology, x-ray techniques, clinical work and rehabilitation therapies.  Tina and Dr. Gary Graham opened Raymond Chiropractic Clinic and have been working together since 1991, and has owned and operated Beneficial Bodyworks since 2011.  She received her first level of Reiki training in 2003 and is now a Level IV Shamballa Reiki Master.  She feels that this is a perfect adjunct to massage, chiropractic and total wellness.  Although often referred to as "healers", Reiki and energy therapy practitioners do not heal.  They are simply conduits for and faciliators of this balancing, calming and healing energy.  The energy flows through the practitioner, not from the practitioner and the client always receives exactly what is needed.  Reiki and energy therapies address disease at the root level of cause.
Tina has added her passion for healing by incorporating Essential Oils in her practice.  The oils help bring harmony into our lives through their chemistry, frequency, and intention. Please call or email if you are interested in learning more about essential oils as classes are held on a regular basis as well as one on one consultations.
We have just added yoga to our practice.  Tina is now a 200 hr. registered yoga teacher and is teaching classes at the studio at Beneficial Bodyworks.

Lisa Espersen:  Lisa is a licensed massage therapist and has been with Beneficial Bodyworks for over 5  years.  Lisa graduated in 2006 from MacIntosh College in Dover. She enjoys delivering a wide range of massage from aromatherapy, reflexology, deep tissue, swedish, hot stone and maternity.  Lisa also does ear Candling.  She continues to learn the most up to date techniques.  Lisa strives to encourage balance in each client through massage that decreases pain and tension and encourages overall muscle relaxation.

Misty Goodman:  Misty graduated with a Massage Therapy Certificate and an Associate in Science of Holistic Massage.  She specializes in Deep Tissue and Pre-Natal Massage.  She loves working with new moms and dads and teaches infant massage in our new studio.  She loves what she does and it shows.  She is also available for early evening and Saturday appointments.

Lisa Russo -  Lisa has been practicing massage therapy for over 10 years after having graduated from Seacoast Career School in 2006.  She specializes in therapeutic massage, deep tissue, sports massage, and cupping techniques.  Lisa incorporates the use of heat and stretching during her massages and customizes each session based on her clients needs.
When she is not massaging, Lisa is chasing after her two boys, hiking with her rescue pit pull, or enjoying time with her family.

Cheryl Remlin:  In addition to Swedish, Deep Tissue and Sports Massage, Cheryl is offering Neuromuscular, Circulatory, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Trigger Point, Strain-Counterstrain and Reflexology.  Cheryl is also a 200 hr. yoga instructor. She brings many talents to Beneficial Bodyworks and we are so happy to have her.
